Driver Requirements
-
Class A CDL with Doubles Endorsement
-
Minimum of two years OTR experience with double preferred
-
Satisfactory MVR with no more than one moving violation in the last 12 months
-
No "serious" violations in the past 3 years as listed on the MVR/PSP
-
No "serious" preventable crashes in the past 3 years as listed on the PSP, MVR and driver application
-
Verifiable and stable work experience
-
Pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screen
-
All trucks are domiciled at terminal
Mechanic Requirements
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot fleet maintenance issues
-
Perform equipment repairs, PM, and inspections to all fleet tractors and trailers
-
Responsible for shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance
-
Must follow policy and procedures in making all repairs and completion of work orders
-
Provide your own tools
